D-Con was contracted by Delta Realty to construct a 10-unit block of flats. D-Con began the project by excavating the site and preparing it for construction. Following this, the foundation was poured, the steel frame erected, and the external walls completed. Once the basic structure of the building was completed, the piping, wiring, internal walls, windows and doors were installed. Next, the flooring and the necessary painting and decorating were done. Once the interior of the building had been completed, the landscaping and paving began. This included laying the paving stones, building retaining walls and planting trees and shrubs. A green wall was also constructed to give the building an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
