D-Con was appointed by Lanseria International Airport (LIA) to strip the existing waterproofing of a precast concrete roof slab of an office at an aeroplane hangar, as well as install new screed to fall, with new weepholes for additional drainage and reapply new torch-on waterproofing. This project also entailed new structural design and installation of structural PFC Steel beams on top of the roof to distribute weight and counteract the deflection of precast slabs to enhance the structural integrity of the office block roof slab.
